This empowering self-paced coaching experience is designed to help women build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and overcome self-doubt. Through guided lessons, reflection exercises, journaling prompts, and weekly challenges, you'll learn to embrace your strengths, trust yourself, and step into the woman you are becoming. As you continue your GOALS MAPPING journey, you'll develop the mindset, courage, and self-belief needed to pursue your goals with confidence and purpose. Includes one complimentary 15-minute coaching session with Coach Sheri (optional) & One 10- minute customized wellness experiences each month (meditation, sound relaxation, mindfulness practice.)
